Execution Strategy
1. Formwork Planning
Modular curved panels designed to perfectly follow the 6 m radius curve.
2. Assembly
Panels were joined using stiffeners and alignment supports to form a strong circular mold.
3. Concrete Pouring
Continuous pour was conducted to avoid cold joints, critical for water-retaining structures.
4. De-shuttering
After curing, the formwork was removed, revealing a smooth and consistent monolithic finish.
